Linda has worked in the community & voluntary sector for 20 years. Prior to joining the DESSA team in 2007 Linda worked as a administrator for a local Family Resource Centre. Linda likes to keep fit in her spare time by doing lots of different classes in the gym and walking.
Community Development Support Worker
Peter graduated from Trinity College with an English Honors degree in 1990 and followed this with a MA in film and TV studies at Dublin City University in 1992 and a higher diploma in Adult & Community Education from Maynooth College in 1993 and a Dip in Community Arts and European Arts Mentoring, Since the early 90s Peter has facilitated Disability Equality courses in Ireland, Europe and Asia. Peter was Education Director of the City Arts Centre in Dublin and development officer with the Forum of People with Disabilities. He has also developed a number of disability studies and advocacy modules and currently lectures part-time at Sligo IT and St. Angela's College. Peter is also a film maker, dramatist and writer. His interest include theatre, film, creative education, running and Tai Chi.
